What We Do

We are an active family office/investment company which has traditionally been focused on fixed income and convertible bonds, but are now also diversified into equity trading.

We are particularly active in new issues, taps, block placements, rights issues and secondary offerings, particularly with a view to buying in the aftermarket if they under-perform, as historically our research shows that these tend to be undervalued in respect to existing market comparables.
